The Intuit Content Strategy Boot Camp is a 45-minute meetup every 3 weeks for 3 months. The Design Systems team hosts it twice a year.
I chose something to audit, did a competitor analysis, and developed a test plan as my entry deliverable. In the end, we all presented our deliverables and told our stories. Content leadership was asked to judge the entries. The person/team with the winning deliverable gets a substantial $potlight award.
I did a merchant and payor email audit, competitive analysis, redesigned a new email, and tested the new design.
I tied for second place in that contest. Read the presentation.
How can we make online therapy more inviting and helpful for the people who need it? How can we minimize abandonment rates and help visitors decide if online therapy is for them? In the Bay Area, very few therapists accept insurance and are booked for weeks, so online therapy can be a godsend for those who need help.
This project took me 3 months total, card sort testing in person and on Optimal Workshop, a couple of redesigns and retests. My objectives, testing results, and rationales are in my presentation.
